1. You must CREDIT ''Camil Kanouni'' as a producer ''Artist Name'' - ''Song Title'' (prod. by ''Your Name“ x ''Camil Kanouni“) and if the case any other Co-Producer.

2. You must give CREDIT on all Social Media Platforms as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc. and if the case any Co-Producer.

3. If you place a record with a Major Label or Artist using the Instrumental, you agree to splitting the publishing, mechanicals, points & advance fees with the Producer & Production must be credited to Camil Kanouni and if the case any other Co-Producer.

4. If a Major Label offers an advance or flat-fee for the production which uses the Instrumental, an equal split (SACEM, SOCAN, BMI etc.) must be given to Camil Kanouni and if the case any Co-Producer.

5. You (The User), Artist or any Label, has to clear the rights for usage of the instrumental.
